Kavanagh Meats pride themselves on being a family run business with an emphasis on the term “hands on”. Their processing plant is located just outside Enniscorthy in Co. Wexford.

Supplying only the finest quality grass fed Grass fed beef to us here at Byrne’s Butchers, it is sourced from the same producer group of farmers and sons which has continued from one generation to the next. Because they slaughter and process all their beef on the one site, they can ensure that full traceability is maintained. Their beef really is 100% traceable from farm to fork.

All Manor Farm chicken is 100% Irish and produced to only the very highest standards. All Manor Farm chicken is Bord Bia approved and is a regular winner of numerous quality awards from Industry bodies. They are consistent winners of several Irish & International Food Awards – an achievement which all at Manor Farm are very proud of.

The majority of Manor Farm’s farmers are found in the traditional chicken farming areas of counties Cavan & Monaghan as well as counties Meath, Louth, Limerick & Waterford.

Manor Farm farmers rear their chicken with the chicken’s welfare and sustainability for the environment as their key pillars.
