Quality Assured - Our Refund Policy:
All of our products are packed fresh and are of the highest quality. We ensure every package is quality checked prior to dispatch. Our deliveries are sent in eco-friendly, insulated boxes for guaranteed freshness in every order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the product(s) in your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us - here. We will be happy to discuss the issue and arrange a refund, where applicable. If you have returned a product to us, we will refund the price of the defective product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges or reasonable costs you incur in returning the product to us. Where applicable, refunds will be made to you using the same method and to the same account as used by you to pay for your order.
Please note returns and refunds will only be accepted by Byrne’s Butchers if you have contacted us with your complaint within 24 hrs of delivery.
Can I Cancel My Order or Change My Mind?
Most of the products on our site are perishable and are packed to order. We also aim to dispatch all online orders on the same or next day. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been processed through our website.

can i change the delivery address after i have ordered?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched from our shop. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day your order is placed or the next day where necessary. If you do notice that there is a mistake on your delivery address or contact information please get in touch with us and we will try our very best to update your order details prior to dispatch. Please note that in some cases this is not possible and there may be additional shipping charges incurred by you in order to redirect the delivery.
