A Delicious Compound Butter to Pair with your Steak

Ingredients:

100g of room temperature butter

Some roughly chopped parsley

3 cloves of minced garlic

A squeeze of lemon juice

A teaspoon of chopped rosemary

A teaspoon of chopped thyme

A teaspoon of chopped basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients and transfer onto parchment paper.

  2. Roll the parchment forming a log twisting the ends closed forming a parcel.

Refrigerate until ready to use, is good for up to a week. Or cut into medallions and freeze until ready to use.
